We have recently heard from some of you that there have been problems redeeming deals at some of our merchants. Many of our deals have been for online delivery orders only, where you apply a coupon code at one of our online menu ordering partners to get the discount. However, there has been some confusion as people have gone to the merchant directly first and not being able to get the deal. We are working hard to improve our consumer experience and make this a better experience for everyone. We have always stood by ready to refund consumers in full for any problems they have with any of our deals. We have a refund anytime policy that is clearly stated on our website. If you have any problems redeeming any of our deals (whether online or direct in store deals) you can call us directly at 888-649-2675, or email us at email@example.com and we will issue you a full refund immediately. We believe that because so many daily deals companies are calling and selling to local merchants that it is getting confusing for everyone. This industry grew rapidly in the last 1 to 2 years. We know everyone in this industry is trying their best and putting their best foot forward. We have been talking to the press and we look forward to media coverage of these issues.
